Application industry of heat-resistant steel castings
1. Heat-resistant steel castings refer to steels that work at high temperatures, and are called heat-resistant steel castings due to their heat resistance, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance. The development of heat-resistant steel castings is closely related to the technological progress of power plants, boilers, gas turbines, internal combustion engines, aero engines and other industrial sectors. Due to the different temperatures, stresses and environments of various machines and equipment, the types of steel used are also different. The production of heat-resistant steel castings adopts lost foam casting, which has low cost and smooth surface, which has won the favor of customers.
2. Applicable environment: Boilers and heating furnaces use low-carbon steel as early as 200 ℃, and the pressure is only 0.8MPa. So far, low-carbon steel for boilers, such as 20g, the operating temperature does not exceed 450 ℃, and the working pressure does not exceed 6 MPa . With the continuous improvement of the operating temperature and working pressure of various power plants, the operating temperature of modern heat-resistant steel has reached 700 ℃, and the operating environment has become more complex and harsh. At present, the use temperature of heat-resistant steel is between 200 °C and 1300 °C, and the working pressure is between several MPa and tens of MPa. The working environment has developed from a simple oxidizing atmosphere to a more complex environment such as sulfidizing atmosphere, mixed atmosphere and molten salt, liquid metal and so on.
